These Terms of Service govern the use of applications, automations, and integrations offered by NexIA Studio, including those that connect with third-party services such as Google or Microsoft using the OAuth 2.0 protocol.
By using our automations and workflows, you agree to the following terms:
Authorized use
Our services are intended exclusively for clients and authorized users who have contracted or expressly requested an automated integration with platforms such as Google Docs, Drive, or other compatible services.
It is prohibited to use our automations for illegal, unauthorized, or illegal purposes, or in violation of applicable law, as well as the terms of service of Google, Microsoft, or other connected providers.
Access to data
When you authorize our application using OAuth 2.0, you are granting access to certain data in your Google account, based on the permissions you have given. This access is strictly limited to what is necessary to execute the defined and authorized workflows.
We do not access or manipulate other data outside the scope of the intended flow.
Responsibility
NexIA Studio will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, interruptions or malfunctions arising from:
Misuse of flows.
Incorrect configurations made by the client.
Changes or interruptions in third-party APIs.
It is the client's responsibility to review and validate the workflows before putting them into production and ensure that they meet their needs and internal policies.
Intellectual property
All workflows, automations, scripts and tools developed by NexIA Studio are the intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise agreed by contract.
Reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited without express written authorization.
Termination of service
NexIA Studio may suspend or terminate access to your automations in case of non-compliance with these terms or applicable law, notifying the customer as far in advance as possible.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any relevant changes will be notified to the customer or published on our website with a clearly visible update date.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by the laws in force in Austria and any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Salzburg, unless otherwise provided by law.
